Free Form Film Festival Guidelines:
Important Guidelines to Follow
Format: when possible, we are interested in screening films in their original format. But for entry purposes, send us a VHS (NTSC only), DVD or Mini-DV copy. We will not be able to return the tape to you so DO NOT SEND YOUR ONLY COPY!
Length: We are accepting films of any length. Short or long, if we like it, we can find a way to screen it.
Submission fees: Along with a VHS, DVD or Mini-DV copy of your film, and an entry form, include a check.
The fee for works under 40 minutes in length is $15*
The fee for works exceeding 40 minutes in length is $25*
A separate entry form must be filled out for each film submitted and a separate entry fee must be included for each submission.
The check should be made out to: Free Form Film Festival.

IMPORTANT: the entry fees are what make the festival happen. If you do not include the check, your film will not be considered.
A panel of judges will screen the videos you send us. As stated before, we will contact you about each venue where we hope to screen your work. Please include enough contact information on your entry form, so that we can contact you, even two years from now.
* Filmmakers who are legal residents of any country outside the U.S. and Canada, and who mail thier entries from thier country of residence will not be subject to entry fees.
